1. Free Shipping Across India
All orders on http://xtex.in are shipped free of cost to any deliverable PIN code in India. No minimum order value. No hidden charges.

Order Processing Time

Ready-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Custom jerseys / corporate orders require 7-10 business days for production + printing before dispatch. Final timeline will be confirmed via email after artwork approval.

Delivery timelines start after your order is dispatched. You’ll receive tracking details via SMS + email once shipped.

Custom & Bulk Orders

For customized riding jerseys, team wear, and corporate orders, dispatch date depends on design approval and quantity. Our team will share production + shipping timelines before payment. Bulk orders may be split into multiple shipments at no extra cost.

Shipping Delays

Delays can occur due to courier issues, weather, strikes, or remote locations. XTEX / Printex Creations is not liable for courier delays but we’ll actively coordinate with partners to get your order delivered.

Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. If delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete address or customer unavailability after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping will be arranged after confirming details with you.
