XTEX reserves the right to reject any order containing unlawful, offensive, or unauthorized content. By submitting custom designs, you grant XTEX a limited, non-exclusive license to use such content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
TERMS OF SALE

Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership, responsibility, and risk of loss pass to you. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details at the time of purchase. XTEX shall not be responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or incomplete customer information.
